Paul Belanger has accumulated over 30 years experience in volunteer, employee and program management in both the municipal and non-profit sectors. He has provided training and workshops in volunteer management in numerous venues in Hawaii, on the mainland, and in Guam, Okinawa and Japan.
He is a member of and has served on numerous boards and organizations including the Hawaii Network of Volunteer Leaders, the Volunteer Resource Center of Hawaii CVM Program, Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Hawaii, the Hawaii Interagency Council, and many others.
